Outline Terms

The terms of the application are processed and an "in principle" offer of terms is issued by fax or email on the same working day.

The outline terms will include the following information:

Full details of the borrower.
Full details of the property or properties, which are to be given as security.
Arrangement fees - for setting up the facility.
Interest rates charged.
Disbursements to be included in the facility - such as legal fees and valuation fees and intermediary fees if applicable.
Payment terms - whether to include a payment holiday.
Security and covenants.
Early settlement.

This offer is usually faxed or emailed within a working hour of receiving the completed proposal or application. The applicant then has the option to either accept the offer or reject it.
